Which editors does this work in?

Adobe Premiere Pro only (2020 or newer). The presets are native .prfpset files — After Effects and DaVinci Resolve are not supported.

Do the hits work on vertical / 4K / any footage?

Yes. They're resolution and frame-rate independent — reels, shorts, 4K horizontal, all of it. The motion conforms to whatever sequence you drop them in.

Do I need any plugins?
